Samaggi Samagom would like to provide you with our curated Frequently-Asked-Questions below:

(The situation is constantly changing, so this page may be quickly out-of-date. But it is correct at the time of writing)

  1. Do I need to go to the Embassy to get the certifying letter?

If it is inconvenient for you, you may submit the request to the email, specifying “ขอรับหนังสือรับรองในรูปของ scanned copy”, attaching the etickets, the passport copy, and the 'fit to fly certificate' copy, and they will issue you a scanned copy of the letter for you to color-print it yourself.

  2. Will the Embassy issue the certifying letter on weekend?

Yes, they will. Especially, this weekend, 21-22 March, the service will be provided both at the Consular General and at the Heathrow Airport, prioritising for those who fly on 20-23 March.
