In summary, as a Thai national, you will need to show:
- A fit to fly health certificate
- A certifying letter from the Royal Thai Embassy, Consulate General (For how to get this document please see the Facebook post below)
to the air opearators before they can issue you the boarding pass. This will take effect for all check-ins happening after 00:00 Thailand Local Time on 22 March 2020.
